It is a beautiful, sunny, chilly (high 30's) day here in North Texas.
You know what that means?
It means that our beautiful North Texas women can wear their furs while they are out and about.
I went out to pick up some stocking stuffers and other small items and was happy to find these women dressed to the nines in their furs at mid day. It was nice to see.

I would like to see a revival of fur. It's beautiful.
When I was a kid, I asked for my first fur coat for Christmas, so my mom found a child's size rabbit fur. I had no qualms about wearing it even though I also had a pet rabbit. Different animal, different purposes.
You must be shopping at K-Mart...
Wal-Mart wimmins was in sweat pants and Dallas Cowboys sweatshirts...
I, for one, welcome our furry Texas women.
...wait..that just sounds wrong.
Trying again...
I appreciate seeing women in fur. Must be the stray Viking genes in me. Of course, warm furs mean they can wear less underneath.
My ex singlehandedly tried to keep Dallas furriers in business during the lean years of the 80's. Hell, I've even got a coyote parka and a bomber jacket with a coyote lining. Only once did a bunnyhugger ever attempt to give me any grief, but retreated when I made the observation that his hide was big enough for me to carve into a rain slicker while reaching for my knife.
Regards,
Rabbit.
There was an older woman in a full length fur in line behind me at Whole Foods this afternoon. I complemented her on her coat and we got to talking about how rarely it is for the weather to be good fur weather here in N. Texas.
