Do You Want $100k?

Find this man!

David John Sprong Jr, aka John Ellison

You are going to have to be quick, he jumped a million dollar bond in California.

From the Houston Chronicle:

By MIKE GLENN

A man living in Humble with his girlfriend and their daughter fled this weekend, soon after a television show identified him as a fugitive from California, authorities said.

David John Sprong Jr., 47, is wanted on several child molestation charges there. He was scheduled for a March 2006 court appearance in Sacramento, Calif., when he disappeared — leaving behind a bond worth more than $1 million.

"He is a very dangerous individual. He is a predator in every sense of the word," said Kevin Givens, a detective with the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.

Investigators said Sprong called himself John Ellison while he was living in Humble and operating an auto repair shop. He claimed to be a retired Army lieutenant colonel who had recently returned from combat duties in Iraq.
Maybe if Texas passed tougher laws against child molesters, these goblins would not move here from other states. Laws such as these:

Under the proposal supported by Dewhurst, people convicted of a sexually violent crime against children under age 14 would have to serve at least 25 years in prison. If they were released, they would be required to wear a monitoring bracelet for life.

Pending bills would eliminate probation for many sex crimes, toughen penalties for repeat molesters and make repeat child molestation a capital crime.
Molesting children is something that I just can not fathom. These predators are evil incarnate and should be put down.

If you are in the Houston area, you may be able to help with this one:

Sprong, who faces a life sentence in California, shaved his head after leaving that state and could be wearing a goatee.

Local officials Wednesday said he may still be in the Houston area, possibly in Baytown, and may be driving a green 1999 or 2000 model Infiniti sport utility vehicle.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact the Houston FBI office at 713-693-5000.

On a side note - What kind of mother would put her child at risk by being with this man?
