There is nothing worse for a shotgun or rifle than deferred maintenance, and with Texas hunting seasons rapidly coming to a close that is exactly what some guns face.

It is easy to call the winter seasons a wrap and put shotguns and rifles up in the closet until fall, but mud, moisture and an extended stay in a gun case can all result in rust damage.
