This brutal murder occurred in Richardson Texas. As this occurred in Texas, the death penalty is on the table. One of the three murderers is scheduled to receive the death penalty on Wednesday, the 13th of September. Joseph Lave will be second executed murderer in September, and the 25th of the year for Texas.
That is 25 goblins who will not be on our streets, doing violence ever again. Good riddance.
I find it a bit fascinating that some people would actually answer an ad such as this:

I don't find it at all strange. As long as there are animals capable of committing such crimes, there will also be a lot of sick people who respond to such ads.
I just found out that Lave is not going to be executed. Justin and Fred were two of my close friends back in highschool and I was one of Justin's pole bearers for his funeral. Those two guys were young, bright and had a promising career ahead of them. Joseph Lave and his goons did not give them a second chance. I am very upset that he is not going to be executed today. This afternoon, I went by Justin and Fred's grave only to find it half covered with dirt. Doesn't seem like it's been visited in awhile. Perhaps all those activist who are out there supporting Lave and wanting him to get off from death row show go by Justin and Fred's grave site and clean it up... Billy Kim, I just learned about the execution being halted this afternoon on the way home from work. I have no real details on why it was stopped other than it was at the request of the Dallas DA's office. We are headed out to dinner with friends, when we get back I will did in to this and see if I can come up with some answers.
Goblin is an adequate term for beasts such as this, not perfect, but adequate.
As someone whose family was deeply affected by this crime, I am appalled that they gave this guy a stay of execution. Nothing is worse then your phone ringing at 5:00 on Thanksgiving and being told that your co-workers were murdered.
Ask Angie, the young girl who lived through this terrible ordeal how her life has been. Ask the other employees how their lives were affected.
As far as I am concerned, he was there, he is just as guilty as the other two. Thankfully the co-worker who was involved was killed by the Dallas Police!!!
Just FYI, he was killed by the Richardson Police SWAT officers, not Dallas PD...
I was one of Fred's best friends and I am too sad that this man is allowed to put out ads and even breathe. Did he and his friends offer Fred or Justin the chance to put out an ad for new friends?
