What (Some) Bloggers Want

The Texas Weekly interview that I did last week made it into an article:

My anonymity is lost forever.

Well, at least they didn't use your pic and address... Good write up, woulda been better if they had linked the site instead of just giving the name, but hey, if it gets you some hits, it's ALL good..

Your secret is safe with me, wotchername.

I found that an interesting article. Wasn't surprised that the majority of bloggers are left of center either.

But the writer assumes that bloggers argue from a particular stand. Probably true for most, but it doesn't really apply to mine. I write and post mostly for myself and if anyone else finds my musings interesting or valuable to them, then that's a nice bonus. In that sense I am not a polemicist, despite having strong views on many subjects. I don't think I would be comfortable in that role.

One things is true: communication, as a social activity, will never be the same again!

Rio - You made me have to look up and learn a new word, thanks.

Fred - Yep, a link would have been nice. It seems that bloggers do a better job of linking than much of the paid news folk.
