Xavier's Sunday Ugly Gun

Xavier has his "Ugly Gun Sunday" post up, and this one is worse than ugly, it is an abomination.

Have a look:

ALL UNNECESSARY METAL REMOVED.

NO HOLSTER NEEDED, SIDE CLIP BY CLIPDRAW MODIFIED TO ALLOW MUCH LOWER CARRY IN PANTS.

ALL EDGES "MELTED" TO ENSURE SMOOTHER CARRY.

This 'custom' bit of gunsmithing was supposedly performed by a person with "30 plus years full time gunsmith" experience. Even if you ignore the obvious issues that make this handgun unsuitable for concealed carry, you can not ignore the poor craftsmanship evidenced by tooling marks left on pretty much each modification.

At least one person is proud of this handgun, awful proud. Minimum opening bid at AuctionArms is $2500.

You know, John Moses Browning designed a beautiful, functional machine, and idiots like this think they can "improve" it?

What a shame...

Hello Curtis, welcome to the site.

That is why I used the word "abomination". The new location of the rear sight alone pretty much makes this firearm worthless as anything other than an oddity.
