Yeah, I did, and Sam Johnson's folks are pretty tight lipped... I can tell you, with NO hesitation, exactly what my reaction will be IF Mr. Sam votes FOR this crap...

Thankfully both of my senators voted against this mess. My congressman, however, voted for it and I have emailed him about this. He is about 99% on the side of the citizens and especially the 2nd Amendment so I don't understand his vote here. Every economist I have listened to lately have blamed this mess on the Sorbanes-Oxley rules, written and used against just one person, Richard Scrushy, of Alabama and the Health South hospital conglomerate. If he deserved jail for his actions why start bailing people out for the same sort of reasons now. Sorbanes-Oxley was reversed yesterday by the SEC but no time was allowed for it to work. I guess they were intent on screwing us all along anyway and those who voted for this were just trying to gain some cover. It will be interesting to find out how many of those go back later and change or amend their votes.
